The role requires collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams, analysis of market trends and customer feedback, achievement of sales targets, and up to 50% travel.

Drives sales and market-share growth across dental group practices and DSOs. Builds strategic customer and distribution-partner relationships, develops account plans, manages pipelines and forecasts, achieves sales targets, and leads business reviews. Acts as a clinical subject matter expert on infection prevention and instrument reprocessing, collaborates cross-functionally, and identifies opportunities to improve compliance, safety, clinical outcomes, efficiency, and cost savings.

Manages regional dental accounts by selling dental instruments, infection prevention products, and related services. Develops customer relationships, negotiates agreements, drives revenue and margin growth, evaluates account performance, delivers product education, recommends solutions, and executes promotional programs. The role serves dealers, private practices, community health centers, and dental service organizations while collaborating cross-functionally to meet territory goals.
