Develop, optimize, and support CNC programs and machining processes for precision glass aerospace components. The engineer collaborates across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product development, and engineering teams while supporting equipment performance, product quality, yield, and throughput.

Leads thin-film coating product and process development, including coating and tooling design, deposition, qualification, documentation, testing, and characterization. Troubleshoots coating operations and equipment, identifies root causes, implements corrective actions, and maintains process controls. Supports preventive maintenance, production quality, and cross-functional project delivery. The role requires hands-on expertise with optical coating technologies, precision test equipment, process physics, tooling, and technical documentation.
