Source, assess, and close cloud infrastructure, platform, solutions, and technical go-to-market talent; advise leaders on market conditions, compensation, sourcing, and offers; build talent pools and scalable recruiting processes; maintain ATS compliance and reporting; and represent the employer brand in technical communities.

Lead IREN’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, mobility, incentives, and pay transparency. Advise executives and the Compensation Committee, oversee governance and compliance across jurisdictions, manage budgets and workforce investment analysis, support acquisitions and international expansion, and build a high-performing global Total Rewards team.
