Manages organization-wide procurement of medical, dental, administrative, and facility supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, and services. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing and negotiation, contract and purchase order review, regulatory compliance, inventory coordination, procurement reporting, supplier relationship management, product recall oversight, audit preparation, and cost-saving initiatives across multiple healthcare sites.

Manages donor records, gifts, pledges, grants, acknowledgments, reconciliations, reports, fundraising software, vendor contracts, and administrative processes. Supports donor communications, campaigns, special events, crowdfunding, volunteer coordination, grant materials, newsletters, presentations, and committee meetings. Provides donor customer service and coordinates with accounting, vendors, funders, board members, and internal departments.

An unpaid healthcare job-shadowing experience allowing participants to observe healthcare professionals, attend meetings, tour worksites, review documentation, and learn about clinic operations and career paths. Participants must follow confidentiality, safety, dress-code, health-clearance, and participation requirements. The experience is observational and does not replace clinical rotations or permit participants to perform regular staff duties.
