The Legal Technology and AI Attorney will support the Investment Funds practice by identifying, designing, testing, and implementing AI-enabled legal workflows, automation tools, prompt libraries, and knowledge management resources. The role combines transactional legal expertise with technology experimentation, vendor collaboration, attorney training, template and precedent management, and development of practical guidance for lawyers and AI-assisted systems. Candidates must be licensed attorneys with 3–5 years of Investment Funds or related transactional experience and demonstrated interest in technology and workflow design.

Supports business development and visibility initiatives for M&A, private equity, media and entertainment, and life sciences practices. Creates pitch documents, deal lists, matter descriptions, and other marketing collateral; supports legal directory, award, conference, sponsorship, and client relationship activities.
