Lead and close strategic enterprise accounts while building VESSL’s US sales organization. Own revenue forecasting, hire and coach account executives, establish sales processes, structure complex commercial agreements, and coordinate deal desk activities with finance and legal. Translate customer demand into GPU capacity allocation and supply planning decisions while partnering with product, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Own Sales Operations for the US revenue organization, including HubSpot CRM administration and automation, lead routing, pipeline data quality, forecasting, reporting, deal monitoring, approvals, and GTM P&L tracking. Partner with sales leadership, account executives, and Finance to build the revenue data layer from scratch and automate operational workflows using AI and scripting.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for GPU compute, from lead qualification and outbound prospecting through discovery, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and close. Sell to AI startups, research labs, and enterprise teams while managing HubSpot CRM, forecasting, and pipeline reporting. Partner with the US GTM team on campaigns and convert product-led usage into paid contracts. Build the company’s initial US sales playbook and use AI tools to accelerate research, outreach, and deal execution.
