Build and deploy AI agents, analytical tools, and automated workflows for strategy, deal sourcing, market intelligence, CRM operations, due diligence, and executive decision-making. Collaborate with the CSO and cross-functional teams while contributing to Walden’s shared agent platform. Own agent feedback loops, evaluations, observability, optimization, and reusable infrastructure using modern LLM tools, Python, data engineering, APIs, and workflow automation.

Provide high-level support to C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, expenses, and confidential information. Serve as a trusted strategic partner, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, resolve scheduling and operational issues, and support executive priorities across the organization. The role also involves planning events, preparing executive materials, collaborating with other assistants, and using AI and automation tools to improve workflows.

Build and manage trusted relationships with investors, partners, collaborators, and other external stakeholders. Coordinate executive visits, partner engagements, meetings, site visits, delegations, agendas, briefing materials, communications, and follow-up. Support cross-cultural collaboration, especially with Japanese partners, including translation and localization needs. Maintain engagement records and represent Walden Robotics professionally while handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
