The role requires strong commercial HVAC knowledge, independent problem-solving, organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Provides technical support to engineers, contractors, owners, manufacturers, and customers while maintaining CRM data and managing multiple project timelines.

Serves as the technical HVAC subject-matter expert supporting outside sales. Responsibilities include conducting customer consultations, designing commercial HVAC applications, selecting equipment, preparing estimates and quotations, troubleshooting product inquiries, supporting installations, and managing customer accounts. The role works with customers, contractors, engineers, and sales teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions and requires proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software.

Provides administrative and office operations support for leadership and employees. Responsibilities include coordinating travel and calendars, managing office supplies, equipment, vendors, maintenance, deliveries, records, invoices, meetings, events, and general administrative needs. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is on-site Monday through Friday and will relocate from Castro Valley to Emeryville in early 2027.

Develop and grow national commercial HVAC accounts, manage complex sales cycles, identify new business, negotiate pricing and service terms, and achieve revenue and margin goals. The role involves selling HVAC equipment and services, maintaining customer relationships across multiple locations, coordinating with engineering and project teams, managing CRM pipelines and forecasts, and traveling approximately 40–50% to customer sites and offices.
