Build developer-experience tooling and frameworks that streamline development, testing, packaging, and production releases. Lead release tooling designed to move code changes to production within 10 minutes, implement quality feedback loops, and improve engineering workflows using qualitative and quantitative feedback. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance developer productivity, engineering practices, and operational patterns while helping scale the team and platform.

Build datasets, evaluations, and scalable data infrastructure to improve frontier AI models for scientific and biological applications. Analyze model failure modes, run experiments, translate scientific expertise into rigorous evaluation criteria, and collaborate with scientists and AI labs. As a Software Engineer, you will design and build critical systems for enterprise customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing product capabilities. Your role involves technical leadership, architectural work, and mentoring team members, with a focus on scalable and reliable software solutions.

Lead product management for Schemas, owning the data-modeling platform primitives (computed fields, fieldsets, constraints, versioning). Engage customers and internal teams, set long-term vision, ship incremental and stable features, and enable scientists, admins, and developers to produce AI-ready structured data.

Own customer-facing communications operations: incident, change/release, and performance streams. Build playbooks, tiering, templates, tooling integrations, dashboards, and post-incident reviews. Coordinate RACI across CX, Product, and Marketing, ensure timely auditable notifications in regulated B2B SaaS environments, and drive continuous improvement.
