Manage and grow enterprise Medicare and health-insurance BPO accounts as primary client liaison. Ensure operational delivery meets contractual KPIs, drive performance improvements, oversee financials and forecasting, lead account ramp-ups and seasonal scaling, maintain compliance with CMS/Medicare rules, and deliver data-driven insights through dashboards and executive reporting.

Plan, build, QA, execute, and analyze lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, in-app, and content cards. Create copy, update HTML/templates, design assets, run A/B tests, maintain campaign calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and document assets and performance.
