Lead North America High Velocity Sales to drive predictable ARR growth by scaling new customer acquisition, expansion, territory coverage and sales productivity. Own strategy, pipeline, forecast accuracy, bookings, and cross-functional GTM motions. Build and coach sales and BD teams, establish operating cadence and KPIs, and support transformation and capacity planning to meet revenue and customer outcomes.

Work with customers to identify and measure industrial machine hazards and engineer, verify, and validate safety solutions. Deliver risk assessments, safety requirement specifications, lockout/tagout audits, safety system engineering, stop-time measurements, and validations. Lead customer meetings, support sales qualification, manage projects, and travel to customer sites (≈50%).

Translate Rockwell solution architectures into project-ready designs by working directly with EPC firms and Engineers of Record. Develop detailed system architectures, specifications, BOMs, and contract-ready documentation. Integrate Rockwell solutions across EPC design phases, support pre-sales and project transitions, and collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure standards alignment and scalable, buildable designs.
