Owns strategy, lifecycle planning, P&L, pricing, market intelligence, launches, and profitability for Stone Solutions products. Collaborates with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and operations. Leads cross-functional initiatives, marketing programs, budgets, customer research, trade-show representation, and product launch activities while ensuring revenue and profit targets are achieved.

Drive analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Manage plant CAPEX projects from specification through commissioning. Support maintenance planning, supplier and HSE collaboration, equipment validation, troubleshooting, KPI analysis, corrective actions, and Quality Management System improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
