Support Digital & Social Media operations by managing purchase orders and budgets, building Salesforce templates, uploading team announcements/stories, and assisting with ad-hoc project management tasks to enable the team.

Own social content operations: manage the Airtable master calendar, enforce SLAs, act as intake/project manager, facilitate approvals, schedule posts and manage Hootsuite inbox, maintain SOPs, and train/onboard team members and partners to ensure compliant, timely publishing and community engagement.

Lead brand and communications design: develop and evolve brand systems, create campaigns and executive presentations, translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives, and deliver internal communication assets that engage employees and support leadership.
