Lead workplace strategy and asset optimization across the West Coast, advising clients on hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, utilization and occupancy modeling, designing executive workshops, translating insights into strategy and change roadmaps, building multidisciplinary teams, and supporting business development and regional project financials.

Supports the firm's compliance and governance framework for mortgage lending and servicing operations. Oversees policies, regulatory and investor deliverables, audits, certifications, reporting, licensing requirements, document governance, insurance compliance, wire audits, and remediation. Supports corporate real estate portfolio strategy and serves as a primary liaison for transaction-related inquiries and administrative matters.

Develop and articulate tailored occupier solutions for major pursuits, support proposal and RFP development, align cross-functional teams, translate client needs into scalable solution frameworks, participate in pursuit strategy and client meetings, and leverage market intelligence and AI tools to enhance proposal quality and speed.
