Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including scoring, enrichment, routing, governance, and sales handoffs. Build real-time, automated journey operations across Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and Cloudflare OS using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and workflow logic. Develop automation, monitoring, observability, and performance-tuning tools; implement high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions; optimize indexing and queries; and collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate database tooling and improve platform reliability.

Build and deploy production-grade software and configurations within a strategic customer’s infrastructure using Cloudflare’s platform. Serve as the customer’s primary technical partner, participate in engineering rituals and incident response, drive platform adoption, design scalable architectures, and provide product feedback to Cloudflare engineering.
