The Solutions Engineer supports enterprise sales by demonstrating Cribl, answering technical questions, helping customers during proof-of-concept sessions, and identifying telemetry, IT operations, and security use cases. The role requires customer-facing technical storytelling, collaboration with sales and support teams, documentation of use cases, and up to 30% travel. The position is remote-first but may require occasional work outside standard hours across time zones.

Owns commercialization and new product introduction for products and features, from product handoff through launch and post-launch tracking. Partners with executives on pricing, commercial readiness, and launch health; defines success metrics and optimizes processes. Leads M&A go-to-market diligence and post-acquisition integration while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Corporate Development. The role requires strategic planning, program management, executive communication, and SaaS commercialization expertise.

Leads Cribl’s corporate events strategy, team of 4–5, flagship events, global tradeshow calendar, and multi-million-dollar budget. Partners with executives, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver conferences, kickoffs, President’s Club, and brand experiences. Oversees vendors, contracts, event metrics, forecasting, processes, and risk management while ensuring strong pipeline, revenue, employee engagement, and brand impact. Requires approximately 40% travel to global events.

Build and maintain software integrations connecting Cribl’s stream-processing engine with systems such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and cloud storage platforms. Research third-party technologies, develop robust Node.js and TypeScript code, create automated and integration tests, collaborate across engineering and product teams, participate in code reviews and on-call support, and contribute to documentation and technical communities.

Own the architecture, implementation, operation, and documentation of Legal AI platforms and integrations across CLM, CRM, workflow, identity, and collaboration systems. Build governed AI plugins, agents, automations, evaluation controls, security mechanisms, observability, CI/CD workflows, and reliable data contracts. Translate legal and compliance requirements into auditable technical controls while preserving human review. Partner with Legal, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver durable production systems, improve self-service contracting, support reporting, and mentor technical collaborators.

Leads a remote-first team of SDETs responsible for quality strategy, test automation, CI stability, defect prevention, release readiness, and reliability across SaaS and customer-managed products. Establishes quality metrics, optimizes testing pipelines, performs failure and root-cause analysis, partners with product and engineering leaders, and mentors test engineers developing AI-enabled and agentic workflows. The role may include on-call or off-hours responsibilities.

Lead product strategy and execution for Cribl’s Core Search platform, including Federated, Metric, and Lakehouse search. Gather customer and partner feedback, prioritize features and defects, manage backlogs and roadmaps, negotiate engineering priorities, and track product metrics. Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and solutions engineering to develop enablement, messaging, training, and launches. Translate technical requirements into actionable plans while managing complex data integrations and multiple priorities.

Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS, partnership, reseller, data privacy, security, and vendor contracts. Advise sales, partner channel, procurement, and cross-functional teams on legal risks and solutions. Improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes; document obligations using contract management tools; train business teams on legal best practices and regulatory developments. Collaborate across privacy, security, compliance, and product functions in a global remote environment.

Design, prototype, and productionize Generative AI and LLM features across backend and frontend. Integrate ML models, fine-tune, perform prompt engineering, operate inference platforms, and support AI-based product launches while participating in on-call duties.
