Define strategy and roadmap for experiment lifecycle, measurement, governance, and self-service tooling. Partner with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Strategy to ensure rigorous experiment design, metric creation, and trustworthy decision-making while guiding adoption across the organization.

Lead Inspire and the Faire mobile app vision and roadmap, owning top-of-funnel discovery (homepage, categories, seasonal hubs). Drive app redesign, collaborate with design/engineering/data science/marketing, run experiments to measure engagement and conversion, and work with senior leadership on long-term strategy.
