Own the strategy, roadmap, and launch of Achieve’s enterprise data and agentic AI platforms. Lead data migrations, semantic-layer development, governed data products, agent orchestration, analytics, and AI workflows. Partner with engineering, security, risk, and compliance teams to establish scalable controls, evaluation, auditability, access, and cost management. Influence senior stakeholders, guide organizational change, and initially operate as a senior individual contributor before building a product leadership team.
