The Surrogates and Influencers Director will lead GiveDirectly's outreach through strategic partnerships with influencers, improving campaign execution and measurement, while overseeing a team. This role involves cultivating relationships, managing surrogate campaigns, and aligning messaging to enhance fundraising efforts to combat poverty.

Conduct recipient surveys and investigations to identify and mitigate risks, track and report incidents using internal tools, support field risk assessment and community engagement, produce regular case reports, and collaborate with operations to resolve escalated cases.

Oversee and strengthen GiveDirectly's country operations, managing finance, compliance, HR, and procurement while ensuring adherence to global standards.
