Serve as embedded operational partner for a North America revenue unit, owning operating rhythms, forecast and pipeline accuracy, deal and account reviews, and KPI tracking. Provide proactive analysis, enforce rules of engagement, partner cross-functionally (RevOps, Enablement, Strategy), drive reporting and tooling adoption, and recommend scalable resource and process solutions.

Lead people analytics by building dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce models; analyze complex HR data to deliver insights to leadership; partner with stakeholders to set roadmap; improve data quality, governance, and adopt AI/ML for workforce analytics.
