The Senior Product Manager will lead the Harness Code Repository, focusing on strategy and execution across software delivery. Responsibilities include product strategy, AI-driven innovation, market insight, execution excellence, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance developer workflows.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the software delivery lifecycle. Focus on backend services, using Java and various tools for performance optimization.

The Sales Engineer will drive technical engagements, deliver product demonstrations, and support the sales team by bridging the gap between technology and business solutions.

Embed with customers as a hands-on technical partner to design, implement, and optimize multi-module DevSecOps and CI/CD solutions using Harness. Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues across Harness products (security, feature flags, code coverage). Own incidents end-to-end: debug integrations, APIs, agents, pipelines using observability tools, reproduce bugs, escalate to Engineering, run incident triage, document runbooks, and develop scripts/automation to reduce recurring issues while supporting onboarding and implementation.
