Leads Karat’s integrated communications function, including external, internal, executive, media, and crisis communications. Advises the CEO and leadership team on messaging and stakeholder impact; builds media relationships and executive platforms; develops campaigns with marketing teams; manages crisis communications; and oversees PR agencies and communications partners. The role requires extensive communications leadership experience in high-growth technology or B2B companies.

Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Karat’s technical assessment and interview-innovation platform. Define AI-driven assessment capabilities, analyze interview data, design experiments, prioritize product development, and collaborate with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams. Engage technical enterprise leaders, build business cases, support expansion strategies, and communicate product strategy to executives. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates in specified U.S. states.
