Perform manual and cross-browser testing of Keeper browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Create and maintain test cases, log reproducible defects in Jira, validate releases, reproduce customer issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve QA processes and support automation efforts.

Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and tooling for Commander CLI and SDKs. Create end-to-end, integration, and system tests, integrate automation into CI/CD, validate cross-platform and secure workflows, analyze failures, and mentor other automation engineers to improve reliability and test architecture.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure browser extension features using JavaScript/React/TypeScript. Write tests (Jest/TDD), collaborate with product and design, optimize performance and security, refactor and fix bugs, and uphold code quality through reviews.

Manage a portfolio of ~50 state and government contracts, ensure compliance and reporting, coordinate RFP/solicitation responses, deliver training, maintain contract guides, and liaise with OEM and government stakeholders to enable sales execution.
