Drive new business within an assigned market through cold outreach, lead generation, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, proposal reviews, and contract management. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, building executive relationships, managing the full sales cycle, conducting presentations and negotiations, forecasting pipeline, exceeding quotas, and collaborating with legal, sales operations, marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, cybersecurity and PAM expertise, C-level relationships, CRM proficiency, and up to 50% travel.

Drives execution of Privileged Access Management roadmap initiatives from planning through release. Coordinates Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and customer-facing teams; manages dependencies, risks, blockers, release readiness, customer escalations, metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. Improves technical program processes and uses AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and deployments of Keeper's SaaS security products, configure solutions to customer needs, provide technical support and troubleshooting, document configurations, run multiple implementation projects concurrently, communicate status to stakeholders, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the product experience.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Keeper Connection Manager, defining secure remote access capabilities for privileged infrastructure. Translate technical requirements into specifications, partner with engineering and security on protocols, integrations and deployment, and work with customers and solutions teams to improve adoption, session management, credential-free access, policy enforcement, auditing and monitoring. Track product metrics and coordinate go-to-market execution.

Operate and improve security operations and enterprise controls: incident response, playbooks, endpoint/SaaS/cloud tooling, remediation coordination, access governance, compliance evidence, and automation to reduce risk.

Perform manual and automated accessibility audits across React-based products, test with assistive technologies, evaluate against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2, write reproducible accessibility bug reports, partner with product/design/engineering to remediate and validate fixes, author VPATs and conformance reports, define accessibility acceptance criteria and QA processes, and use AI-enabled tools to improve testing efficiency.

Leads complex federal platform, cloud infrastructure, IT services, security, compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives. Coordinates AWS GovCloud infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, observability, Zero Trust identity programs, FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 readiness, and operational resilience. Partners across Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Product to manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, and audit readiness. The role also builds and mentors a Federal Platform Operations team and drives reliable, repeatable delivery practices.

Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and data classification aligned with NIST CSF, FedRAMP High, IL5 and other standards; support ATO processes, manage compliance documentation and audits, train employees on security/privacy, and troubleshoot policy implementation for GovCloud environments.

Lead product marketing for Keeper's cybersecurity products: define messaging, positioning and use cases; execute cross-functional launches; create content and SEO-optimized assets; coordinate webinars and partner co-marketing; gather customer feedback and conduct market and competitor research to drive awareness and pipeline.
