Lead Lyra Health’s enterprise strategic planning, business unit alignment, M&A strategy, market-entry initiatives, competitive positioning, and executive communications. Partner with senior leaders across employer, health plan, and health system businesses to develop growth strategies, investment theses, operational models, and value-creation plans. Prepare materials for the board, executives, and investors while managing and mentoring strategy team members.

The Corporate Strategy Manager builds financial models, forecasts, and unit economics analyses; tracks competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes; evaluates M&A and build-versus-buy-versus-partner opportunities; supports annual planning; and develops executive-ready PowerPoint presentations. The role partners across business units to turn quantitative and market insights into strategic recommendations for growth, investment, product, and market-entry decisions.

Own channel pricing strategy and operations, including pricing policies, contracting structures, revenue shares, margin monitoring, and deal desk execution. Develop Health Plan and Health System commercial pricing approaches, support new product and international pricing governance, and build dashboards tracking win rates, price realization, and leakage. Partner with GTM, Product, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to protect margins, resolve channel conflicts, and accelerate growth.

Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, development lifecycle, launches, and platform scalability initiatives. Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, channel partners, and leadership to deliver complex cross-functional programs. Track metrics, communicate program health, mitigate risks, improve processes, and ensure seamless customer onboarding. The role requires strategic execution, quantitative problem-solving, and experience shipping software products at scale.

Build and maintain scalable ML and generative AI platforms and backend infrastructure; deploy and manage production applications; create services exposing ML/AI products; implement RAG solutions and vector databases; integrate LLM orchestration and foundation model APIs; collaborate cross-functionally and mentor teammates.

Lead design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of ML and generative models (LLMs, diffusion). Build scalable MLOps pipelines, vectorization and data ingestion, integrate models into microservices for low-latency inference, implement evaluation/alignment/bias-mitigation, optimize models (quantization, distillation), and mentor engineers while influencing the AI product roadmap.

Build and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that improve internal workflows across Lyra Health. Partner with business and clinical teams to identify opportunities, translate ambiguous needs into software, and own solutions from discovery through adoption and measurable impact. Integrate AI capabilities with Python and Java microservices, web and mobile applications, and third-party systems. Evaluate emerging AI tools, promote agentic development practices, track efficiency metrics, and ensure responsible handling of sensitive healthcare data.

Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure; modernize platform tooling and EKS footprint; optimize managed datastores; build self-service CI/CD, developer templates, and automation; enforce IAM/security controls and compliance; monitor performance and collaborate with engineering and ML teams.

Embed with internal teams to map workflows and build AI-powered tools, agents, and automations. Own full lifecycle from discovery to deployment, adoption, measurement, and iteration. Integrate solutions with Python/Java microservices, web and mobile apps, and third-party systems. Run experiments on emerging models and agentic frameworks, track efficiency metrics, and collaborate with product, design, data science, security, and clinical partners.
