Lead and grow the Flight Test Engineering team to define and execute validation strategy and campaigns across aircraft, software, hardware, docking, and fleet systems. Build automated test infrastructure, data pipelines, and reporting to produce rigorous release-readiness evidence, partner cross-functionally, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Support commercial real-estate leasing legal work: manage lease intake, drafting, redlines, approvals, execution, and post-execution administration. Build templates, clause libraries, checklists, and workflows; coordinate with landlords, brokers, outside counsel, and internal teams; track pipelines, deadlines, obligations, and SLAs; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes to improve legal service levels.

Own test campaigns, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, triage field failures, root-cause issues, and build visualization and data-acquisition tools to streamline manufacturing and safety-critical validation.

Lead and grow a team performing deep characterization and durability testing of powertrain components (motors, propellers, actuators). Develop multi-month test campaigns, validate electromagnetic and thermal models, design/oversee custom large-scale test rigs, run reliability and failure analysis, and translate test data into vehicle diagnostics. Partner closely with design, electrical, and controls teams to validate models and drive rapid hardware problem solving in fast-moving hardware programs.

Lead a small test engineering team to plan and execute multi-month environmental, durability, and replicated-flight campaigns. Own facility roadmap, design and deliver large-scale test assets, architect combined-environment test plans, manage test processes and handoffs, drive in-house test and maintenance software, and prioritize investigations to inform hardware-release and reliability decisions.

Lead mechanical development of automated ground systems from concept to field deployment. Design structures, precision mechanisms, electromechanical assemblies; prototype, validate, and ensure manufacturability, reliability, safety, and operational usability while partnering cross-functionally and with suppliers.

Define and own reliability strategy for mechanical subsystems, apply DfR/PoF, lead DFMEA, design accelerated and environmental tests, run failure analysis and life modeling, set verification criteria, and drive cross-functional reliability decisions to ensure hardware readiness for flight.

Design and deliver mechanical subsystems from concept through production: translate requirements into CAD, drawings, BOMs, and verification plans; lead prototyping, FEA and first-principles analysis, test campaigns, supplier handoffs, and cross-functional integration to meet mass, life, and reliability targets.

Build and maintain HIL test infrastructure and large-scale automated validation tools integrating real aircraft hardware with simulation. Support thousands of flight tests daily by writing test software, drivers, and interfaces for embedded and Linux systems, improving test reliability, debugging cross-stack failures, and collaborating with avionics, autonomy, and systems teams.
