Drive trade studies, GD&T and tolerance stacks, FEA and kinematic analysis, prototype and test campaigns, supplier qualification, and root-cause failure investigations to improve reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability for unattended customer-facing systems.

Lead mechanical design of battery and power electronics hardware from requirements through production. Design enclosures, busbars, and power distribution components; perform structural, thermal, vibration, EMI analyses; create production CAD, drawings, and GD&T; plan and execute environmental and reliability testing; qualify suppliers and support manufacturing handoff; mentor engineers and provide cross-functional technical leadership.
