Lead a small test engineering team to plan and execute multi-month environmental, durability, and replicated-flight campaigns. Own facility roadmap, design and deliver large-scale test assets, architect combined-environment test plans, manage test processes and handoffs, drive in-house test and maintenance software, and prioritize investigations to inform hardware-release and reliability decisions.

Own CFD/modeling, experimental testing (wind tunnel, flight-test), propeller trade studies, release-quality geometry, and aero health metrics. Interface cross-functionally to drive design, validation, manufacturability, and operational performance with regular domestic travel for flight tests.

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, test, and technician teams to take the Dropbox electromechanical hardware from architecture through validation, production intent, and scalable deployment. Own system-level tradeoffs, risk management, test planning, supplier/manufacturing handoff, field reliability, and cross-functional partnerships while hiring, coaching, and operating the hardware organization's processes and launch readiness.

Lead end-to-end flight test campaigns for autonomous delivery aircraft, define system-level objectives and success criteria, assess hardware/software readiness, analyze flight data for anomalies and trends, produce deployment-readiness recommendations, and build automated test tooling to increase test capacity and precision. Collaborate cross-functionally and travel for flight testing.

Lead national land use, zoning, entitlements, and permitting strategy for Zipline’s U.S. expansion. Build municipal relationships, represent the company at public hearings, interpret and draft ordinances, and coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Real Estate, and Engineering to enable site deployments and regulatory approvals.
