Own ground test strategy for the droid and zipping point interaction: design/build mechanical test fixtures and life-test rigs, develop electrical instrumentation and DAQ, write Python automation for data logging and pass/fail evaluation, run test campaigns from prototype to production, and triage cross-domain failures while supporting supplier deployments.

Embed with Marketing, Commercial, and Growth teams to analyze customer behavior, define KPI frameworks, build dashboards and self-service reporting, translate analyses into recommendations, monitor performance, improve data quality, and automate recurring reporting using AI-enabled workflows to drive Platform 2 growth.

Lead design, deployment, and sustainment of SIL/HIL/EOLT test systems for long-range drones. Build orchestration software, automation, data capture, and dashboards; integrate with embedded hardware and instrumentation; drive root-cause analyses, CI validation gates, and production readiness. Support on-call rotations and field/manufacturing installations, targeting measurable improvements in test coverage, cycle time, and defect escape rates.

Lead end-to-end IT program delivery for site openings, relocations, and workplace technology. Own intake/prioritization, launch-readiness gates, vendor SLAs, cross-functional coordination, runbooks, and 90-day stabilization to ensure secure, supportable, and monitored operations at scale.

Drive cross-functional operational improvements by identifying bottlenecks, diagnosing root causes, and delivering scalable fixes. Build dashboards, automations, trackers, and workflows; own end-to-end processes; partner with Operations, Commercial, Data, Product, and Finance; iterate quickly to deliver measurable improvements in speed, decision quality, and execution. Thrive in ambiguity and prioritize impact over bureaucracy.

Lead technical integration of Dropbox hardware and software into partner sites: translate workflows into product requirements, define site archetypes and constraints, create interface-control documents and state machines, support pilots and deployments, and ensure safe, repeatable installation, commissioning, and telemetry-driven recovery.

Design and ship end-to-end GenAI tools for operational workflows across aviation, logistics, maintenance, and commercial teams. Partner with operators and product teams to define requirements, build production AI systems (LLMs, data pipelines, analytics), deploy solutions, iterate with users, and integrate learnings into company AI tooling and best practices. May travel up to 50% to HQ or field sites.
