Own launch readiness and lifecycle execution for new aircraft and major hardware changes. Create integrated launch plans, set release-readiness gates, track schedule/cost/quality/risk, manage supplier and retrofit planning, resolve build and field issues, and make go/no-go decisions to ensure safe, maintainable, and scalable fleet deployments.

Own and execute integrated launch plans for charging locations and partner sites from approval through first delivery. As Head of Strategic Finance for Africa, you will lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management, serving as a financial partner to regional leadership and building a high-impact team.

Support core accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and quarter-close support, data entry and cleanup, fixed asset tracking and reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, procurement, and manufacturing. Gain exposure to international accounting operations and Zipline's finance systems.

Administer and maintain Zipline's Siemens PLM and CAD ecosystem (Teamcenter, NX). Monitor application health, triage incidents, coordinate with Siemens and vendors, perform root-cause analysis, manage user provisioning and license allocation, maintain environments and runbooks, and coordinate patches/upgrades to ensure reliable engineering workflows.

Partner with Global Operations leaders to own forecasting, variance analysis, driver-based models, and decision-support analyses. Build scalable reporting, translate operational context into financial insight, identify cost and utilization improvements, and support planning, consolidation, and leadership decision-making across maintenance, flight operations, supply chain, launch, and support functions.

Lead development and operations of automated weather intelligence for mission go/no-go decisions. Translate meteorological uncertainty into operational limits, validate models via simulation and flight tests, set SLAs and metrics, run incident response/on-call, and hire/manage a small technical team to improve uptime and delivery throughput.

Lead supply chain analytics and strategic programs: build dashboards and models (SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI), analyze ERP/MRP and supplier data, drive supplier integrations (EDI/APIs), lead executive-level projects, improve processes and forecast accuracy, and partner cross-functionally to scale manufacturing and supplier operations.

Lead aerodynamic design and analysis for Zipline vehicles: conceptual design, validated aerodynamics plant models, low-noise/high-efficiency propeller design, deliver CAD surfaces, and design/maintain wind-tunnel and flight-test hardware and measurement methods.
