Design and deliver airspace-management software for a commercial drone network. Build distributed services supporting shared-airspace coordination, flight deconfliction, and simulation; translate safety and operational requirements into resilient, observable, auditable systems; design APIs and data models; own projects through production; contribute to interoperability and open-source efforts; and provide technical leadership, reviews, and mentorship.

Define and enforce qualification, inspection, control plans, and manufacturing/test processes. Lead supplier selection, audits, root-cause investigations (8D, PFMEA, SPC), and corrective actions. Partner with Design Engineering on DFM/DFT, manage multiple supplier projects, and perform onsite onboarding, qualification builds, failure investigations, and continuous improvement to achieve flight-ready, reliable production.

Lead design, delivery, and sustainment of production testers and calibration stations for aircraft, dock, pod, and subassemblies. Architect electrical/functional testers, implement test automation and data pipelines, define acceptance criteria, debug PCBA-level failures on the floor, and drive measurable improvements in yield, false-fail rate, cycle time, and tester utilization while coordinating cross-functional launches and vendor qualifications.

Own design, implementation, validation, and lifecycle of embedded middleware services for autonomous aircraft. Build and maintain IPC, OTA, logging, observability, and service-lifecycle interfaces on embedded Linux. Deliver production Rust/C++ code, lead cross-service architecture, debug across software/hardware boundaries, and establish safe, diagnosable engineering practices.

Own high-impact data science and operational decision problems across pricing, routing, fleet utilization, charging, experimentation, and network planning. Build machine learning, statistical, optimization, forecasting, and simulation models; design experiments and causal studies; partner with engineering to productionize decision systems; monitor model and KPI performance; and communicate recommendations that improve reliability, utilization, customer experience, and unit economics.

Support aerodynamic vehicle design and performance analysis for autonomous delivery drones. Work includes analytical and computational modeling, aerodynamic database generation, flight-behavior analysis, experiment planning, wind-tunnel and flight-test execution, and data analysis. Collaborate with controls, mechanical, production, software, and electrical engineering teams to resolve design challenges and advance current and future aircraft products.
