Develop customer analytics that improve retention, growth, adoption, and operational performance. Build and maintain BI dashboards, customer health metrics, churn-risk reporting, and predictive models. Partner with Client Success, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. The role also owns data quality, governance, reporting automation, workflow improvements, and stakeholder communication.

Manage customer adoption and value realization of CCC SaaS solutions by building trusted relationships, driving product utilization, analyzing usage data, leading success plans and business reviews, supporting renewals and growth, and partnering cross-functionally to improve outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts as a trusted advisor: drive upsell/cross-sell, develop account plans, build pipeline, execute sales plays, ensure retention and value realization, collaborate with delivery/product teams, carry an annual ACV quota, and travel to clients and Chicago HQ.
