Own strategy, budgets, campaign architecture, bidding, targeting, creative direction, landing page alignment, optimization, reporting, and testing. Lead cross-functional R&D programs and executive operations: track strategic initiatives, maintain dashboards, coordinate VP meetings/offsites and hiring logistics, support OKR and planning, produce executive-facing content and All Hands materials, and manage ad-hoc R&D leadership projects to drive accountability and progress across teams.
