Conduct compliance reviews and investigative audits of attorney trust accounts to ensure adherence to laws and professional conduct rules. Prepare and analyze working papers and reports, review external accountants' engagements, recommend corrective actions or referrals, communicate findings to licensees, and support CTAPP policy and process improvements.

Conduct data analysis and research to support regulatory, discipline, admissions, and operational functions. Build dashboards and reports, audit and evaluate program effectiveness, extract and prepare statistical and narrative reports, and recommend procedural improvements. Handle multiple projects, maintain records, and ensure data quality and confidentiality under general supervision.

Coordinate and respond to California Public Records Act requests: draft responses, identify exemptions and redactions, communicate with requestors and internal offices, gather and organize records, advise staff on CPRA obligations, research exemptions, and provide legal and administrative support (subpoena/discovery compliance, litigation support, contract management) under attorney supervision.

Provide advanced administrative support for the Testing Accommodations unit: review sensitive applicant documents, process records, maintain databases, handle phone and written inquiries, coordinate meetings and bar exam logistics (overnight travel twice yearly), prepare reports, and assist with special studies and website content.
