Own product messaging, positioning, sales assets, storytelling, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market initiatives for Canary’s hospitality SaaS platform. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to translate complex capabilities into compelling narratives, launch products, support campaigns, improve conversions, and analyze performance metrics. The role requires strong writing, visual storytelling, cross-functional influence, and experience bringing B2B SaaS products to market.

Own product marketing strategy for Canary’s hospitality technology portfolio, including product launches, pricing and packaging, positioning, messaging, storytelling, webinars, and sales enablement. Analyze customer, product, pricing, and sales data to improve conversions and commercial outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and executives to develop go-to-market plans and customer insights.

Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive technical validation throughout the B2B SaaS sales cycle. Owns demos, technical discovery, solution design, proof plans, RFP/RFI responses, security documentation, and sales enablement. Develops repeatable processes, playbooks, and demo assets while validating early product features and translating customer feedback into improvements. Requires technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, scripting, enterprise security reviews, and complex integrations.

Sell Canary's hospitality SaaS to large hotel brands and ownership groups by sourcing and closing new enterprise accounts, expanding existing relationships through upsell/cross-sell, building strategic account plans, partnering with product/marketing/customer success, and maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Own end-to-end onboarding and go-live for multiple mid-market and multi-property hotel clients. Scope and configure products, lead integrations to property systems, set success criteria, manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities, and improve onboarding playbooks while mentoring the implementation team.

Lead and develop the Security team while owning the company-wide security and compliance program. Responsibilities include managing SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA, audits, policies, vendor risk, security awareness, and customer security communications. The role also provides technical direction for security tooling, cloud security, identity and access management, application security, vulnerability management, architecture reviews, and threat modeling.

Lead a pod owning Canary's Physical Access product (Mobile Key), design and evolve architecture for lock-vendor integrations and encoder/BLE paths, improve reliability and latency, partner with Product, mentor and manage engineers, run pod processes, and hire for the team.
