Leads ChargePoint’s North American channel sales strategy, reseller and distribution partnerships, and channel organization. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring sales teams, developing partner enablement and onboarding programs, managing executive relationships, optimizing channel performance, supporting complex enterprise deals, and translating partner insights into product and commercial strategies. The role is accountable for scalable channel operations, revenue growth, and market expansion across the EV charging industry.

Develops technical marketing narratives for EV charging hardware, energy management software, and fleet solutions. Creates technical content, positioning, solution briefs, white papers, competitive analyses, architecture diagrams, integration guides, demos, and enablement materials. Collaborates with engineering, product management, sales enablement, and solutions engineering teams, while supporting product launches, customer briefings, events, and partner engagement. Requires deep knowledge of EV charging and related energy technologies, including OCPP, plus experience using AI tools for content creation and analysis.
