Own a portfolio of Guidewire Analytics clients through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Translate client business challenges into analytics use cases, guide stakeholder engagement, identify retention and growth opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and advance client objectives. Manages a portfolio of insurance customers by driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and expansion of Guidewire solutions. Partner with product, engineering, and sales to influence the roadmap, accelerate adoption, generate pipeline, and translate insurance pricing, predictive modeling, and machine learning capabilities into compelling business narratives.

The role involves defining and refining Guidewire's AI narrative, crafting audience-specific messages, leading competitive positioning, and creating technical marketing assets to convey the value of AI-driven solutions in the P&C insurance sector.

Configure and customize Guidewire InsuranceNow, develop integrations and custom code, troubleshoot Java runtime and logs, implement APIs/microservices, demo functionality, perform peer code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver implementations.
