Lead authoring workflows, user discovery, engineering partnerships, quality standards, product metrics, and integrations with estimating, purchasing, and sales. The role requires experience shipping complex interactive software, technical fluency, strong cross-functional communication, and familiarity with design tools, CAD, BIM, or browser-based 3D technologies.

Embed with homebuilder teams to convert unstructured plan libraries into structured, queryable data. Define and deliver searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search. Tune AI translation, work hands-on with data and internal APIs, set acceptance criteria and ROI metrics, and capture repeatable playbooks while traveling to client sites as needed.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise homebuilder products (Estimate and Showroom). Manage and mentor product managers, define roadmaps, drive metrics across buyer and builder journeys, partner with stakeholders, and launch features that improve conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.
