The Managed Lending Partner Success Intern will document and organize information, improve partner-facing resources, and assist with operational support, while gaining exposure to document management and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage relationships with ~40+ Kiva Hub partners, onboard and coach partners, underwrite and review loan applications, handle borrower inquiries, monitor portfolio and repayment performance, and design process improvements. Build reports and dashboards (Salesforce, Looker), develop partner and borrower resources, support contract/invoicing tasks, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale U.S. microlending operations and improve program outcomes.

Support U.S. program operations across the borrower lifecycle: screen and approve loan applications, assist borrowers during campaigns, manage delinquencies, pilot process improvements, collaborate with partners, perform analysis and project work, and support impact storytelling and training materials.
