Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and technical teams; documents processes, manages partner communications and feedback, tracks program metrics, and oversees compliance and global execution.

Supports enterprise sales by translating customer requirements into Kong API and AI connectivity solutions. Leads discovery, technical validation, proofs of concept, feasibility workshops, demonstrations, and technical strategy for complex deals. Advises on API management, AI governance, LLM traffic, MCP, and agentic architectures. Collaborates with product, engineering, and support teams, mentors junior solutions engineers, creates technical documentation, and contributes to thought leadership and product direction.

Build and maintain TypeScript and Node.js microservices for Kong’s billing platform. Responsibilities include subscription management, entitlement provisioning, usage metering, payment and CRM integrations, event-driven workflows, and distributed systems reliability. The role involves database design, testing, monitoring, code reviews, on-call support, and collaboration with engineering, finance, and revenue operations teams.
