Design scalable customer identity architectures, build prototypes and demos, test REST APIs with Postman, troubleshoot integrations, and resolve complex developer and architectural issues. Lead technical workshops, create code samples and enablement materials, advocate for customer needs with product and engineering teams, and mentor TAM peers. The role requires deep expertise in OAuth, OIDC, APIs, web development, CIAM, and workforce identity.

Leads Okta’s global paid media and performance marketing organization, defining strategy across search, social, programmatic, ABM, and emerging channels. Owns multimillion-dollar media investment, pipeline contribution, attribution, ROI, agency governance, and executive alignment.
