Analyze automation failures, improve reliability and performance, create validation strategies, and contribute to scalable test-system architecture. Collaborate with engineering and offshore teams while identifying technical risks and supporting release confidence across C++, embedded firmware, Python infrastructure, and related platform technologies.

Lead enterprise strategy activation and continuous strategic planning for PlayStation. Build transformation frameworks, scenario-planning and portfolio-investment models, facilitate executive decision-making, align cross-functional leaders, and establish mechanisms for adapting strategic priorities. Develop core and exploratory business operating models, strengthen strategy execution, and introduce AI-enabled capabilities to improve research, synthesis, scenario modeling, and knowledge management.

Own the lifecycle and owned-channel marketing strategy for PlayStation product, hardware, and brand initiatives. Lead multichannel programs across web, email, mobile, and on-console messaging to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue. Partner with product, marketing, data science, engineering, and creative teams to scale automation, personalization, experimentation, and customer journeys. Use performance insights to influence stakeholders and establish scalable lifecycle marketing practices globally.

Leads Sony Interactive Entertainment’s global privacy legal program, including privacy strategy, regulatory compliance, privacy-by-design, policies, training, vendor assessments, impact assessments, and incident response. Advises executives and the board, manages privacy professionals, coordinates with product, security, compliance, and business teams, and serves as a contact for regulators and customers. The role requires extensive legal and senior privacy leadership experience, knowledge of global privacy laws, and strong leadership and communication skills.
