Corporate Counsel will advise Prosper’s Capital Markets team on structured finance, secured lending, loan sales, servicing, credit facilities, securitizations, debt sales, and bank-partner agreements. Responsibilities include negotiating transaction and commercial documents, managing investor contract obligations, coordinating closings, supporting collections and recoveries, and advising on operational, marketing, and strategic matters. The role requires strong transactional judgment, collaboration, organization, and the ability to manage complex matters independently.

Designs, launches, and scales People programs covering employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, talent development, manager enablement, and career growth. Define and execute a multi-year vision to increase ARPU, design intelligent AI-enabled product recommendations and cross-product journeys, run experiments, partner with design, engineering, data science, credit and risk, and own strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end.

Lead and expand the Application Security program: define roadmap, embed security into SDLC, perform architecture and code reviews, manage vulnerability lifecycle and incident response, lead penetration testing strategy, deliver executive metrics, and mentor a small hands-on AppSec team.
