Leads accounts payable, procurement, corporate accounting, payroll and benefits accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, cash reporting, and GAAP financial reporting. Manages a small accounting team, partners cross-functionally, improves processes, and implements AI-driven automation to accelerate close activities and improve accuracy. Requires hands-on accounting leadership, US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with AP, procurement, and financial reporting.

Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO and light support to other C-suite leaders: manage calendar, schedule travel, screen communications, plan meetings and events, handle expenses via Coupa, maintain records, manage inboxes, provide office backup, handle confidential information, and be available outside normal hours as needed.

The associate will support strategic planning and M&A initiatives, conduct market research, build financial models, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams.
