Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO and light support to other C-suite leaders: manage calendar, schedule travel, screen communications, plan meetings and events, handle expenses via Coupa, maintain records, manage inboxes, provide office backup, handle confidential information, and be available outside normal hours as needed.

Champion AI-driven automation for journal entries, reconciliations, and cash forecasting while serving as a hands-on player-manager to accelerate reporting and deliver actionable insights to executives.

Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and board reporting. Provide strategic financial recommendations, coach finance team members, run cross-functional projects, and translate complex data into concise presentations to inform executive decisions.
