Lead end-to-end delivery of the Scale Generative AI Platform by aligning cross-functional teams, translating infrastructure complexity into executable roadmaps, mitigating technical risks, defining SLOs, and driving company-wide adoption of scalable, secure model-serving and orchestration capabilities.

Design and run Scale AI's enterprise GTM operating model and RevOps stack. Own metrics, forecasting, compensation, dashboards, and sales cadences; partner with cross-functional leaders to drive predictable enterprise revenue growth and eventually build a GTM/RevOps team.

Lead and grow a 6–8 person engineering team building cloud-native backend systems, distributed platforms, and ML tooling for federal customers. Split time between technical execution and people management, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure federal compliance and security, engage with customers, and contribute to product and platform roadmap. Must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance and commute to office three times weekly.
