Drive new and expansion sales for BusPatrol across a four-state territory. Build territory plans, prospect and qualify targets, manage procurement and RFP processes with government and school district buyers, conduct onsite client visits, close long-term contracts, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and represent the company at events. Requires frequent relationship-building with municipal and school leaders and up to 50% travel.

The Associate General Counsel - Commercial will collaborate with revenue leadership on contracts with state/local agencies, ensuring compliance and efficiency while managing legal risks and advising on commercial matters.
