Support and manage customer-hosted cloud environments for the Jenzabar One ecosystem. Perform configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, incident reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Serve as escalation for junior staff and NOC, assist on projects, and leverage AI tools to improve cloud operations and efficiency.
