The Specialty Solutions Engineer will design and architect technical solutions in observability, partner with sales, and support customer engagements. Responsibilities include advising on solutions, developing relationships, and participating in pre-sales documentation.

Lead pre-sales network architecture and solution design for enterprise clients. Partner with sales to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, present designs, and maintain vendor relationships. Serve as a subject-matter expert on campus wired/wireless, datacenter and cloud networking, network security, and related technologies while mentoring junior team members.

Lead and develop a procurement team while performing hands-on procurement (~70% of time). Validate orders in Salesforce, place equipment orders via vendor portals and APIs, troubleshoot order issues, manage confirmations, support end-of-period activities, improve processes, participate in hiring/onboarding, and ensure operational governance and customer satisfaction.

Lead client-facing Data & Analytics engagements across pre-sales, architecture, and delivery. Define strategy, roadmaps, solution designs, and SOWs for modern data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI enablement. Drive practice development, create reusable IP, mentor teams, and ensure quality delivery and strong business outcomes.

Lead client-facing discovery, architecture, and delivery of enterprise observability and reliability solutions. Design telemetry pipelines, monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and governance. Guide SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets), tool rationalization, integrations (ITSM, CMDB), build reference architectures and playbooks, and mentor delivery teams while serving as escalation and practice leader.

Lead architecture, design, development and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions (ITOM). Mentor teams, run client workshops/demos, design integrations, maintain certifications, support pre-sales, and provide thought leadership across cross-practice programs.

Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, accruals, revenue and account reconciliations; validate unbilled/deferred revenue; support billing resolution, ad-hoc analysis, process improvements, and external audit requests while partnering cross-functionally.

Design, build, and support large-scale enterprise and service provider routing architectures (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, EVPN). Deploy and troubleshoot core/edge routers, MPLS/VPN services, and peering. Lead upgrades, migrations, and service turn-ups; implement routing security (RPKI, prefix lists, CoPP); produce HLD/LLD, runbooks, migration plans, and knowledge transfer. Manage project workstreams and client engagements.

Serve as the embedded change lead to drive AI adoption across a business unit: design change strategy, redesign roles and workflows for AI-augmentation, build capability programs, enable managers, run workforce planning, and measure adoption and impact while embedding responsible AI practices.

Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. Collaborate with clients and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure. Establish engineering standards, mentor teams, and drive the integration of AI into enterprise environments.
