It requires strong program management, analytical, communication, and change management capabilities in a complex, ambiguous environment.

Leads internal communications strategy and campaigns that align employees with company priorities, organizational changes, and enterprise initiatives. Develops employee-facing narratives, leadership messaging, toolkits, FAQs, newsletters, intranet content, and crisis communications materials. Tracks narratives, coordinates communication channels, manages organizational attention, partners with leaders and employee experience teams, and uses feedback, metrics, and AI tools to improve communication effectiveness.

Provides cloud security consulting across client delivery, business development, and practice development. Leads security engagements, workshops, requirements gathering, project planning, deliverable creation, and executive presentations. Designs cloud security architectures and governance strategies, deploys CNAPP tools, integrates security with enterprise workflows, and applies frameworks such as NIST, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and GDPR. Uses Infrastructure-as-Code, scripting, SIEM, container security, and cloud-native controls while mentoring team members and supporting proposals.

Lead and deliver ServiceNow technical projects using Agile and Waterfall. Coach teams on Scrum, remove impediments, manage scope/schedule/budget, coordinate vendors, interface with clients, analyze resource utilization, drive services revenue, and close projects with post-implementation reviews.

Leads AHEAD’s Specialist Solutions Engineering team, overseeing daily management, strategic technical direction, coaching, career development, performance metrics, partner relationships, customer engagement, presales processes, quoting, and collaboration with sales and delivery leaders. The role presents solutions to customers and partners, supports sales plays, develops resource capacity processes, and maintains alignment across presales, delivery, and customer stakeholders.
