The role requires five completed ASA examinations, at least one year of actuarial experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and familiarity with actuarial modeling software such as GGY-AXIS.

Develop, test, document, and support software applications and integrations. Perform unit, regression, security, and load testing; remediate application security issues; analyze system impacts; support monitoring and on-call operations; assist with architecture, deployments, estimates, and technical documentation. Build scalable, maintainable solutions and reporting dashboards while collaborating with security teams, teammates, and business partners.

Lead quality assurance activities for large projects, including test planning, design, execution, management, metrics, and communication. Coordinate internal teams, contract testers, vendors, and UAT sign-offs while providing QA subject matter expertise. Advises HR and business leaders using compensation analytics, supports pay-for-performance processes, administers compensation programs with Payroll and Finance, and improves related processes and tools. The role requires strong analytical, Excel, HRIS, communication, and compensation compliance skills.

Manages HR systems strategy, administration, optimization, integrations, data integrity, governance, reporting, and analytics. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into system solutions, improve workflows, support upgrades, and evaluate AI-enabled tools. Serves as the HR technology subject matter expert and may mentor others without formal supervisory responsibility.

Provides regulatory guidance and subject matter expertise while ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused processing.
