Own and improve integrated manufacturing FP&A models covering revenue, production, COGS, margins, capacity, headcount, CapEx, inventory, working capital, and cash. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboards, investment cases, and actual-to-model reviews. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, and executive stakeholders to evaluate expansion, manufacturing tradeoffs, and new product verticals.

Own FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for OpEx, CapEx, and headcount. Analyze variances, maintain financial models, track capital investments, support monthly close, and provide executive-ready insights. Partner with department leaders, Accounting, and People Operations to improve budget accountability, forecast accuracy, reporting, and investment decisions in a rapidly scaling hardware and manufacturing environment.

Manages revenue operations across pipeline forecasting, quote approvals, bookings, revenue support, reporting, and product administration. Reviews Salesforce data, coordinates cross-functional booking and revenue processes, leads SKU and price book setup, validates Salesforce and NetSuite workflows, reconciles data using Excel and Power BI, and documents scalable procedures and controls. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Manufacturing, Customer Success, and business systems teams to resolve exceptions and improve commercial operations.

Own Salesforce administration, architecture, security, automation, data modeling, integrations, reporting, releases, and platform health. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions supporting revenue operations, quoting, approvals, forecasting, order workflows, and reporting. Troubleshoot production issues, manage data operations and governance, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, maintain Gov Cloud controls, document processes, manage the platform roadmap, and mentor junior administrators.
