The Enterprise Account Executive will drive growth in enterprise sales by managing complex sales cycles targeting top private equity firms, focusing on relationship building and consultative selling.

Lead and scale a sales team (AEs and BDRs) for investment banking and advisory accounts across enterprise and mid-market motions. Own revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasts, territory strategy, channel partnerships, executive relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of Grata's SaaS data products.

The Sales Engineer provides technical support in pre-sales processes, delivers product demonstrations, manages RFI/RFP responses, and drives product strategy based on client feedback. They engage with clients to understand technical needs and support complex sales processes.

Manage assigned Grata accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and ROI. Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, and churn mitigation. Serve as primary client contact, deliver executive reviews, coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve issues, and grow revenue while tracking NRR, NPS, and engagement metrics.

Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI platform: automate provisioning with IaC, deploy zero-downtime cloud services, enforce security and observability, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
